- Spindle machined from forged alloy steel, hardened ground and dynamically balanced
- Gears are hardened and MAGG or Reishauer ground for extreme low noise levels
- Bed ways are induction hardened and precision ground
- Integrated automatic control for longitudinal and cross feeds, forward and reverse feeds
- Anti-float design backlash eliminator fitted in cross slide nut
- Camlock spindle with D1-8 nose
- Headstock clutches (using the original Matrix multiplate clutches)
